| The Governing Board of the CMSA is called the Authority. The Chairman is appointed by the President of the United Republic
of Tanzania, five members of the Authority are ex-officio members,
while the remaining four members are appointed by the Minister for
Finance. The Authority has a number of Committees which works on specialized
areas, the committees are: |
